ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be joining Sales & Marketing team at Catapult to help company scale up to the European market. We are looking for results-driven and hands-on digital experts to join Catapult. You'll dive into the sales utilizing digital tools to generate new leads and conversations, but also be ready to get your hands dirty and jump to the direct sales support!
AMONG YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
In a nutshell, you will work closely with our digital marketing experts to scale sales and leads digitally, conquering new markets and finding the right people in big European corporations to collaborate with. More specifically:
- Hands-on lead generation and sales through LinkedIn, Xing, and other digital networks, platforms and tools.
- Finding ways to reach the right companies and the right people for Catapult’s services.
- Contacting potential customers, initiating discussions with relevant companies.
- Measuring the results: visit-to-lead, lead-to-customer, visit-to-customer.
- Experimenting – how to reach and follow-up on relevant contacts when they engage with our content, how to utilize digital platforms, groups and communities to engage relevant audience.
- Co-developing inbound and retention marketing, co-designing content for email marketing.
YOU’RE AWESOME AT:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in digital sales in B2B.
- Results-driven and analytical mindset.
- Prioritization, planning and budgeting.
- Experience with LinkedIn, MailChimp, Analytics tools etc.
- Fluency in English.
- Passion to learn and to follow on the digital trends.
- Capacity to achieve tangible results fast.
- Great team player, but also able to work independently and remotely.
